FROM THE CEO OF STAR WARS, LUCASFILM, KATHLEEN KENNEDY: "Marti grips attention when talking about attempts at poisoning, killing, bombs, the nuclear football briefcase, bribing chefs to poison and more. The CIA training behind it all could be a whole TV series. He helped us on Lincoln, War of the Worlds, and Munich."
THE TRUMP'S: "The Trump's love what you are doing and have been happy to have you at the club with Eric! We are sending you several more items to include as a keynote speaker, in your keynote speeches, museum exhibits, and talks, including Trump Wine, signed on each bottle in gold marker. Thank you so much!" Gavin Arsenault, GM and Southeast portfolio Manager
KATIE COURIC: "Marti is actually a well-seasoned (laughs) actor on stage and television so is mesmerizing, gripping, and talented. He captivates and can hold a show alone just talking aloud like he did on the TODAY Show."
THE CLINTON'S: "Marti's food is wonderful to look at - and eat, and he received two medals from the Navy for managing Camp David!" "We miss you so much." "We are so proud of your motivational speaking and work in the community to help others." - President Bill & Secretary Hillary Clinton.
REPUBLICAN CHAIRLADY AND EVENT ORGANIZER: "We had a wonderful evening with our 2019 Lincoln Reagan Dinner event featuring White House Chef Marti and honoring nominees and award winners of the Distinguished Service Award. They were David and Bob Keiser families, for founding and serving the Mid-West Food Bank, and Nicole Bruno, Normal Police Department detective, for her work with Special Olympics, PATH, and Policeman’s Benevolent Association. Congressman Darin LaHood and Congressman Rodney Davis were gracious to send a video greeting and congratulations to the winners. We had a very successful silent auction and enjoyed tales from the White House with Chef Marti. He did VIP photos in a green room for special VIP packages during the reception. We really appreciated hiring this speaker who provided the gold medals and jewel boxes free of charge to honor local volunteers that we nominated. We never have had a speaker provide all of this help. Marti also was featured on a billboard, did articles with interviews in four newspaper articles and three radio interviews to help our event!" Connie Beard, McClean County Republican Party Chairlady, Bloomington, Illinois.
DEMOCRATIC CHAIRLADY AND EVENT ORGANIZER: "We want to immediately invite you to speak to our much larger District Convention as this speech was so enjoyable! You are tops for motivational speakers, as a keynote speaker, and for public speakers. May we book you again right now!?" Betsy Wells, Democratic Party Chairlady, District 10, Grover, North Carolina.
THE BUSH'S: "Barbara & I am sending recipes to display in your shows and at the museum," President George H.W. and First Lady Barbara Bush. "Thank you for all of the support, and here is a recent family photo to share." First Lady Laura Bush and President W. Bush.
THE TODAY SHOW: "You make it all look so easy to do and fun!" Ann Curry, on the set of The TODAY Show.
THE MASTER: "Great meals from you here at the resort (Camp David). See you down at the White House for some more good cooking. We'll have a fun seminar sponsored by me!" Dr. Stephen Covey.
THE FORBES GURU and CEO WHISPERER: "I appreciated your vegetarian dishes, especially for me. A lot of times, Chef Marti, folks try to give me steamed vegetables or a salad - and that's not a meal. Yours were terrific." Tony Robbins.
ACROSS ASIA: "The members of our group truly enjoyed his demonstration, and he displayed excellent representation for the United States Navy. We had a wonderful meal that he designed." Kimiko Suzuki, Overseas Women's Club of Tokyo.

"Thank you for helping our town of Unicoi with such a great speech and Scottish cooking school! And then, we appreciate you coming the following year to cook over the fireplace LIVE for the Unicoi Heritage Days." Johnny Lynch, Mayor of the Town of Unicoi, TN.
GOVERNORS: "Thank you on behalf of the entire city of Nashville and our state for coming to speak, attend our Veterans Day ceremony with the parade, and your keynote speech at the dinner." Bill Haslam, Governor, The State of Tennessee.
IN EUROPE: "All of the ladies across the European countries enjoyed your honourable presentation here in Brussels. Thank you so kindly on behalf of the entire NATO family and International Military Committee." Lady Penny Haddacks, Chichester, West Sussex, England.
HIS MAJESTY, THE KING: "Queen Rania and I enjoyed your (Chef Marti's) care and food so much as did the Crown Prince and Prince's. The Royal Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan thanks you for also helping with the Free Trade Agreement signed between America and Jordan." His Majesty, King Abdullah II.
Which President enjoyed cold catsup on his lumpy cottage cheese? How come President Lincoln spent more time at another tavern eating - than the one he owned? Is it true the first lady was screaming at the top of her lungs at Camp David with Secret Service flooding the house bearing machine guns and rocket launchers? Which President punched a waiter in the face at the White House and broke his jaw? Is it true the Chefs have burned food and ruined it by accident and then what do you do? Why did President Washington send the White House Chef slave, Hercules, away every couple of months? Why would President Jefferson rip-off and then hide rice sewn into the lining of his coat while in Italy (violating international law) and destroying a top countries market? Which President was a real Chef and loved cooking - even BBQing on the White House roof?
Our library at the museum is dedicated to former White House Chef, Walter Scheib, III. We appeared with him on stage cooking at the White House for many US state dinners and on stage with the National Archives and Clinton Foundation.
Walter's written letter of recommendation joins those of the Carter's, Bush's, Clinton's, Ford's, Obama's, Trump's, and Reagan's: "During the many years that Marti was a manager of Camp David we had little to worry about! Marti took care of things flawlessly for some of the world's most well-known personalities. He lovingly cared for sixteen private homes, a hotel for the United States Secret Service, lodging for thousands of others, and five kitchens all under my purview. Marti superbly executed daily routines with never a problem, never a worry, and never a single need for me to have to come and visit Camp David.
With Marti as a Manager of the world's most beautiful resort, he also interfaced and worked with the Smithsonian and Library of Congress on all types of unique artifacts, art, and holdings. From conservation to preservation, again, Marti was well known for his excellence of work, fidelity, and leadership. He is a world-class manager and team builder." November 25, 2009
