Our Board and Trustees
Our diversity, minority inclusion, ethnic joy, heritage celebration, and women's leadership go back to 1994 when we were considered pioneers. There was nothing pioneering about it. Today, we have little desire to associate with products and companies that showcase inequality and imbalance. The statements of:
- "It is too hard to find enough qualified women and minorities to serve at high levels" are lies and fraud. When we explore any company and see immediate website boards and leadership that are unequal, we will have little desire to work with them.
- Companies formed with all women or all one ethnic or heritage group under the premise of, "It's what they did to us for centuries, so now we are doing it back to them," is just as fake and engaging in systemic inequality.

Any government institution does not run the center but is a private museum controlled by a private board and trustees. It has been vetted, examined, and inspected by the General Counsel of the White House Military Office twice.
Our board and trustee seats require a three-year probationary period to monitor the behavior and serious demeanor of candidates before the final confirmation. We require three printed letters of recommendation to our Trustees or four existing Trustees' Concurrence to Nominate any new board member. Rex exposed him to some significant players in criminal law and business practice in the Metro area and across the USA. John Lukins was an excellent mentor in family law and litigation practice. He handled complex litigation, including partition actions and landlord-tenant disputes.

As music is fundamental to human expression, the USPSC International Music Society provides all with an environment to explore, experience, perform and enjoy music in relation to themselves, others, and the world around them, past and present.
The USPSC Africa Committee
The USPSC continues to help with initiatives in Africa through the Carter Center, Clinton Foundation, and Bush Foundation. These issues range from medical services to rid the continent of Guinea Worm Disease, to hundreds of successful health and business programs sponsored by the Bush and Clinton foundations. Former Chairperson Blandin Akakpo is often called upon along with now Chairperson, Ms. Phumza Dyani. We have been strong advocates of the several hundred million allocated in USD for 80% of the water supply to Accra, in Ghana, from the Export-Import Bank of America. Its citizens support the world's friendship of sharing and building a healthier, compassionate system of care. Our initiatives often blend into blockchain and Ai and share information on recipes, food, dishes, culture, and manufacturing that affect health. We run a 24-hour free food bank at our center and contribute worldwide to disaster and shelter feeding issues. Like the Health and Medical Committee, our focus remains on discovery, safe farm nutrition, whole foods, and the slow food movement. Our initiatives often blend into blockchain and Ai and share information on recipes, food, dishes, culture, and manufacturing that affect health. The two committees often overlap slightly in this regard.

The USPSC continues to help with initiatives in America and worldwide. We are a results-oriented group of business executives interested in humanitarian success via business work. On a number of occasions, we have banded together experts, trustees, board members, chairpersons, corporate leaders, and ambassadors to achieve financial success.
We admit it takes funding to build a $300 million dam in Ghana or bring solar power to Kurdistan. We are uninterested in appointments with people who will not take calls, filter email, and never answer, cannot keep up with technology, cannot grasp social media, will not speak with peasants, are only interested in honorific titles, and receive numerous complaints about being unreachable. Countries that have existing committees may (but are not required) hold free elections every four years for Ambassador positions per Robert's Rules of Order and conduct voting within that country committee. - Chairing the Ambassadorship of the USPSC International Film Festival is Ambassador Mr. Prince Kojo Hilton. As a world-known artist and movie producer, he has been an invited guest to America, painting murals, directing films, and designing digital products at a world-class level. His work is featured in the Ghana National Gallery of Art, and large murals are in major government and private centers.
- Our Global Ambassador for Telemedicine and leading the future of medicine is Dr. Shannon E. Stewart, DNP, MSN, RN, APRN, FNP-BC, FNP-C, CCRN of Telemedipro. Dr. Stewart is married to her US Marine husband, Willie Stewart, and together they control and run TELEMEDIPRO. Our Health Mission in the USPSC aligns with their goals to have experienced medical professionals put your healing needs first. - The Global Ambassador of Health is Mr. Rajiv Anthwal. This journey started with his mother getting cancer & ultimately succumbing to it. Rajiv was the main earning member to take care of her. He was hospitalized during her Cancer treatment days. This made him feel guilty of his own self. From then till now, things have transformed him from a lazy and easy-going person to someone who is aware and sensitive about health, people & environment at large. The World Council & Legislature
The World Council and Legislature meet in person and online with delegates from up to 205 countries and territories. Factions attend, representing their country as citizens and voting on several issues pending ratification, endorsement, codification, permission, enactment, approval, authorization, confirmation, sanction, and permission. As delegates arrive, they often sit together to represent their country after the parade of countries is over. Delegates do not seek honorific titles of:
- His/Her Excellency
- His/Her Majesty
- His/Her Holiness
- Thy Potentate
- Your Royal Highness
- HRH or HE
- Master or "My Master"
- King/Queen regardless of coronation and being enthroned
- Emperor, Czar, Khan, Caliph, or Supreme Ruler
- Duke/Duchess
- The Exalted One Upon High
- Senator, etc.
- Honorary Doctorate or fake doctoral degrees
- Childish combinations of fake titles like HE Princess Dr. Jonquile Giambarko or Dr. Prince Ambassador HE Professor Governor Michael Throkater
- Any title not recognized by the US State Department Diplomatic Corps with credentials from that country presented to the American President in the White House or Oval Office
Rooms will not be quieted upon arrival of any exalted person nor colleagues kneeling until told to stand. Instead, through humility and peace, they convene as delegations and delegates. In the case of numerical voting under the current issue of Robert's Rules of Order, we utilize the current home of residence for which country a person's vote will go to. In the case of owning numerous homes in differing countries, a Delegate will select one to utilize for entire years, and such right to switch voting to a different residence begins every January 1st (inclusive of any votes held on THAT day as well) and ends at the end of the year on December 31st.
