    • February 5, Chinese New Year's Dinner! 2 pm EST, we gather, cook, & eat. EAST MEETS WEST LIVE from San Francisco to Charlotte. We'll be making the famous Chinese Long Noodle Soup Bowl! (Like a one-noodle ramen bowl)
    • February 14, Valentine's Night for couples in their own little "Alcatraz of Love" with Chefs Marti & Stormy! Cook & then dine with wine and lovers from all over the world. Share your five-minute story. Herb-Grilled Steak on a Franconia Roasted Potatoes Prison tower w/Butter, Orange Lemon Glazed Carrots  & Panna Cotta @ 6 PM EST.
    • March 5, Outlander Scottish Cottage Pie with Traditional Highlander Fennel Salad and Dressing - then eat together! @ 2 PM EST.
    • March 16, Before St. Patrick's Day, making real Irish Soda Bread with Raisins class! @ 6 PM EST.

    Fun Cooking Class with Certification

    All classes are fully interactive and we will eat together when done, or you can run and save all of your food for dinner that night! The secret code will be sent privately for entry online. If you can't make a class, you will hold your credit for the next time you can make it (no frequency of classes is promised). All classes are transferrable and can also be given as gifts so, in some cases, people will pay for this as a gift and email the info to a friend as a gift!     Class dates are announced across social media. If you randomly just buy a class, we will wait until we hit eight people signed up before announcing a date and theme. Groups of eight can pay and then call to request a fun date specific to them! (YAY!)

      • FOR ONLINE CLASSES - 99 PER PERSON, popular with small clubs and families asking for a short video, and then preparing a recipe. Minimum eight attending, maximum 12 people - each student purchases ingredients and has them ready for the day of, grad certificate sent after with serial number. 
      • FOR ONLINE GROUPS, PACS, CORPORATE, OR LARGE HALLS IN PERSON - popular with companies and non-profits online, or at large halls where social distancing is easier at country clubs, resorts, political dinners, large conventions, home and food shows, hotels, churches, and association lodges. 7500 to 30K and see our shows under the navigation bar of TV & STAGE SHOWS.


      Advance payment is required by the host. Other students in a group or company pay the host. Cancellations within 14 days before the event only allow for another person to attend in their place. Refunds are not provided including reasons such as a catastrophic accident, immediate hospitalization with LifeFlight, death and funeral arrangements, or nuclear release near your home causing forced evacuation with law enforcement and military troops on site. Please understand the serious, financial impact and that we are being honest upfront. Please understand we have a minimum fee and do not allow refunds if you only have a few dozen people attend.       Folks invite us to community halls, resorts, homes, churches, and country clubs. Previous years curriculums centered on Arabia, French, Italian, German, and others taught in our facility for ten years! In 2019, we decided to expand our school even larger by offering it across the USA to reach the next 5,000 students, making it 10,000 shared with! Not everyone can travel to our location here. Throughout 2020 we have traveled to cook as far away as Chicago and with 200 people dining at an event! Just get your group together at $80.00 per person. We accept all major credit cards.

      Many groups have seen our TV series and want to cook a particular favorite from a first-family - and that's fine! We teach for about 2 1/2 hours showcasing the history, hands-on recipe cookery, and then eat all of what we made! We blend history into classes with slides, videos, wipe boards, flip charts, and hands-on cooking. We are unable to support gluten-free, vegetarian, soy-free, and other medical eating desires in our general classes unless the entire group agrees to it (i.e. an entire soy-free class). However, we do offer all forms of medical cookery and specialized diets with cooking classes in your private home, or community center.

      Getting their just desserts, was one of only a few fun things when Chefs Marti and Stormy were cooking at the Clinton Foundation for a recent huge, gala dinner and speech in Little Rock.  As "Commander in Chef," stirring things up (sauces and pasta) in the President's cabinet daily, Marti often tricked his guests into healthier food while they believed it to taste fantastic!   "The Clintons were the largest advocates for healthy eating after coming to understand the damages of too much junk food, and still are," reveals Chef Marti.  "We loved also receiving "All the Presidents' Menus from the Bushes" in Texas, sent by the National Archives - and now have them on display in the museum," "We recently called the Trump's to get some chocolate and now have that on exhibit!" state the two Chefs.       Program for Private Internship Graduation

      The United States Presidential Service Center (PSC) allows professionals and non-professionals to gain credit; we are an inspected facility and approved via Laurel Estate & Resort Management and Placement. Continuing Education Credits (CEU's) or meaningful life-experience with a former White House Chef, Martin CJ Mongiello, and to graduate at your esteemed facility. We bring our curriculum to schools, country clubs, and resorts.       Upon graduation, all internship students receive a gold medal with red-white-and-blue ribbon and are presented with an 11 x 14, large certificate with an embossed, gold-foil seal.


      • A one-day (8-hour) course of working with White House Chef Marti Mongiello is 1400.
      • A two-day course is 2500 (two 8 hour days).
      • Our one-week curriculum-based format includes our winery, restaurant, wine bar, gelato bar, farm work, olive oil, and vinegar store, providing comprehensive instruction from the farm to animals, vinology, and sanitation 7200.
      • An apron featuring the private trademark and seal is included with chefs' pants.
      • All graduates have their serial number registered to their name - see www.iahhrm.com for more information also on our school and world, annual summits.
      • Two of Chef Marti's books, signed, are included.
      • One of Chef Marti's trademark Chef's knives are included (a $700.00 set of redwood is also available).
      • You will take two oral exams and three written exams.
      • A typed, full-color letter of reference is provided based on the behavior and skills shown.
      • Our courses of instruction can include business development and ethics instruction.
      • In some cases, we attend to companies via ZOOM or in-person MASS instruction across 190 countries. Please invite us or inquire.

      Teaching at Private Estates

      We've worked with quite a few families and are proud to say that you may know many of them. Through our one-of-a-kind management agency, we train, teach, and coach on private estates - often placing former Presidential Service personnel into a loving home. You can read more here. These include chefs, au-pairs, butlers, household and estate managers, security personnel, nannies, and mannies. We also harden estates to avoid and prevent an attack.
