We charge between $20,000.00 to $85,000.00 for LIVE shows and $10,000.00 to $30,000.00 for ONLINE events. This will depend on the complexity of how many appearances you want to be done, such as our American State Dinners, cooking classes for up to 200 on-site, White House Luncheons, First Ladies Favorite Cocktails Party, Scotch and Whiskey instruction and tasting with maps of distilleries across Scotland and Ireland, wine showing and pairing seminar complete with maps and a book to take home, Presidential Breakfast, book-signing and demonstration of any of Marti's books, keynote speech, or judging a competition. We require "coach" round-trip, non-stop flights (Business or first class is not demanded), and one standard hotel room with two queen beds (luxury and Presidential suites are not demanded) that the client will pay for with our team of one to three people. Additionally, we charge 150.00 Pounds/Euro/Dollar per day per diem (this depends on the continent). We request the client to book and pay for the flight and hotel and to place a credit card on file for incidentals during our stay. We do not use or place our credit card on file at the hotel to pay for incidentals.
We require a non-refundable fee of half upfront and the other half the day we arrive. We always arrive a day or two early to provide a safety net in case the plane breaks down, or there is a delay. We do not fly in the night before or the "morning of."
Our commission is 35% paid to the booking agent. We pay a 50% commission on long-term shoots, long-term arrangements, or long-term gigs. We are negotiable to any contract or JV offering.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY SHOT ON-SITE AT THE UNITED STATES PRESIDENTIAL SERVICE CENTER: To provide a quality experience and privacy for our guests, professional photography, interviews, and filming on the property are welcomed and require advance notice and permission before shooting (at least 48 hours), and proper proof of insurance.
The Inn of the Patriots, LLC, prohibits nudity shoots. Shoots and interviews of our team and colleagues can be scheduled Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. For shoots scheduled after hours, a hotel security team member will be required to be on location at a cost no greater than $60/hour. Location Fees: $12,000.00 for two days and two nights regardless of utilizing only an hour or one day, refunds are not applicable, and no prorated discounting is offered or allowed by our board of directors.
Policy regarding Drones has been established for the safety of all our employees, guests, vendors, contractors, & news media. Our drone policy is designed to protect our guests, vendors, staff, and owners, and pertains to the presence of drones within our property. Drone users are to inform management of intent to use and/or possess a drone. Always fly your drone safely and within FAA guidelines and regulations.
- Guests / Vendors / Contractors / News Media must abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws.
- Drone launching or landing are prohibited in any of Hawaii’s State Parks.
- Drones are not to be utilized inside the hotel or guest areas, such as the pool.
- Drones must be safeguarded and kept away from flying over people and large crowds.
- Drones cannot be flown over our neighboring windows.
- Damages caused by Drones will be charged accordingly.
- Drones may only be flown with the permission of management.
- Management may ask you to bring your drone down for not complying with the policy. Refusal may lead to being asked to leave the hotel premises and may be subject to trespass and or subject to further legal action.
- Shooting dates and times must be clearly disclosed.
Exempted from this policy are law enforcement officers and designated military personnel who are in the performance of their duties. No exemption to this policy is allowed for private persons, under local, state, or federal law. It is our policy to promptly turn over any Drones left or lost on our property to our Security Department for safe keeping if we are unable to contact the owner.

Chef Marti's starting rate for keynote and cooking events is $12,000.00 plus per diem, air, and hotel. He travels with his chef wife and daughter worldwide (in addition to your costs). At times, a security detail staffed by Matthew Parker and/or Antwain Thomas travels with him and may sit at his table or trail the group and sit at a nearby table.
