From the soon-to-be 51st state in America: "The District of Columbia community joined our US military veterans when they established the following vision based on the innovative and transformative characteristics of Walter Reed’s historic mission and the physical qualities of the site. The reuse of Walter Reed should honor its legacy as a center for innovation and excellence." The people and citizens after two-years of open hearings and study released.  (WRAMC LRA)


  • In late 2019, our real estate exclusive representative of CBRE via John Kerr (on Linkedin and at the CBRE site) at CBRE showcased 11 properties to us, Marti & Stormy Mongiello, a military disabled and injured vetrepreneur owned company, we selected the former Walter Reed General Hospital as the best opportunity for our expansion of The Inn of the Patriots, LLC at The Parks (http://www.theparksdc.com). We placed a formal letter of offer on the 288,000 square feet with Hines via Cushman and Wakefield. Our proposal calls for our third-level development to now become 235 rooms and suites in a slowly phased, step-by-step expansion. 


  • In the Fall of 2020, we were notified about the immediate availability of 1875 Pennsylvania Avenue and met and spoke with Anthony Lanier, the CEO of EastBanc, along with Hope Richardson, Zeke Dodson, and Stephanie Heffernan. We then placed an offer letter and have begun speaking with funding sources.


  • We are presently carrying a 9.8 out of 10 for the third straight year from Booking.com, a member of the awarded AAA Diamonds program, been featured as a prize on Wheel of Fortune five times, showcased on NBC, ABC, CBS, PBS, FOX, CNN, NHK Asia, Vitaya of Europe and BrusselsTV reaching close to three billion viewers on six continents. We have begun scaling and closing down our operations in NC in preparation for our move.


  • Using proven fact-finding studies by the Bush Foundation into veterans, veteran suicide, the 46,000+ non-profits in America claiming to be helping vets, and what veterans need to succeed in America brought about how successful veterans are when owning their own business or franchise. For that reason, our plan heavily focuses on launching 20+ veteran-owned businesses inside of the hotel and museum. An example is a restaurant. Another is the bakery and coffee shop. A third is the nail salon. Veterans excel compared to their civilian counterparts when they own a franchise or their own innovative operation.
